GENERAL METERED SERVICE

APPLICABILITY: This schedule is adopted pursuant to The Water Systems and Wells Law and all fees and charges herein are applicable to water and services supplied by the Village of Dering Harbor Water District on a metered basis.
ANNUAL MINIMUM CHARGE*: $233.45 – billed quarterly.
WATER USAGE RATES:

| CONSERVATION RATE** (per gallon) | $0.075 | 50,001 or greater | Quarterly |

** TIER 2 AND CONSERVATION RATES are applied for each gallon or increment of 1,000 gallons as prescribed above the preceding threshold amount.
NOTE: For properties with multiple meters, Conservation Rate charges will apply to the aggregated total of water consumption in excess of the Tier 2 threshold.
ALL OTHER FEES AND CHARGES:
