NOTICE OF ADOPTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after a public hearing was held on October 10, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor at their meeting of October 10, 2026 adopted LOCAL LAW NO. 4 OF 2026 as follows:  “A Local Law amending §230-64A(1) of the Zoning Law to mandate a Presubmission Conference before the Architectural Review Board for certain applications.”

Copies of the adopted law are on file in the Village Hall, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or by appointment.
