NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DERING HARBOR

PLEASE BE ADVISED, that pursuant to Article 6 of the New York State Village Law and §104 of the New York State Public Officers Law, a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, July 26, 2021 at the Village Hall, 23 Locust Point Road, in the Village of Dering Harbor.

The purpose of the meeting is to review and consider the application of Eric Deutsch to remove three (3) trees on property located at 5 Dering Woods Lane pursuant to Chapter 180 (Trees) of the Village Code.
