NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Dering Harbor will conduct a Public Hearing on Saturday, October 15th at 12:00pm at the Village Hall of the Village of Dering Harbor, located at 23 Locust Point Road, Dering Harbor, New York. The purpose of this public hearing will be to discuss the following application that has been received by the Architectural Review Board, and such other business as may properly come before the Architectural Review Board at that time.

Building permit application for renovation of existing house with additions to the east/rear of house, expand patios front/west side of house, construct new trellis on top of front patio, and demolish existing garage.

Copies of the aforesaid application are on file in the Village Hall, and can be reviewed on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, or by appointment with the Village Clerk.
