NOTICE OF ADOPTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after a public hearing was held on August 9, 2025, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor at their meeting of August 9, 2025, adopted LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2025 as follows:  “A LOCAL LAW amending §190-5 (Full Stop Streets) of the Village Vehicle and Traffic Law to add three-way stop signs at the intersection of Dinah Rock Road and Manhanset Road and §190-6 (parking) to clarify the prohibition of parking on Village Streets.”

Copies of the adopted law are on file in the Village Hall, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or by appointment.
