Application to construct a new, single-family home with detached garage connected with breezeway, swimming pool, and tennis court.

2. Public Hearing on the following application:

BRANDON ROSE (applicant/owner)

SCTM# 701 – 1 – 1 – 1 & 4
Application to permit alterations to the existing primary dwelling with a small extension and enclosed porch, a new garage, replacement of both the existing swimming pool and spa in kind, and the alteration and expansion of the existing driveway/parking area.

3. Public Hearing on the following application:
