NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor shall hold a public hearing on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. prevailing time at the Dering Harbor Village Hall, Locust Point Road, Dering Harbor, New York, to hear any and all persons either for or against a proposed local law entitled:  “A Local Law authorizing a Property Tax Levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c for Fiscal Year 2026.”

Copies of the proposed law, sponsored by the entire Board of Trustees, are on file in the Village Hall, and may be viewed between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or by appointment, and on the Village’s website.
