Local Law No. 1 of the Year 1999

A Local Law Entitled “Article X Section 10-112” [Editor’s note: This law ammends the Zoning Law]

BE IT ENACTED by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor as follows:

Article X, Section 10-112 Effect of Disapproval or Failure to Act

The Building Inspector shall refuse any building application disapproved as provided in Section 10-108. If the Board of Architectural Review shall fail to approve or disapprove any application referred to in under Section 10-106 within sixty days of the date of referral of such application to it, the application shall be considered to have been approved unless the applicant shall have agreed to an extension of time.
