NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF DERING HARBOR
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Dering Harbor will conduct a Public Hearing on July 11th, 2020 at 12pm at the Village Hall of the Village of Dering Harbor, located at 23 Locust Point Road, Dering Harbor, New York. In the event the Governor extends the current Executive Order authorizing meetings to be held by video conferences, this meeting will be held via ZOOM, the information for which will be posted to the village website and sent by email from the village clerk upon request. The purpose of this public hearing will be to discuss the following applications that have been received by the Architectural Review Board and such other business as may properly come before the Architectural Review Board at that time.
