PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Dering Harbor will conduct a Special Meeting at 9:00 A.M. on Friday, September 2, 2022 at the Village Hall of the Village of Dering Harbor, located at 23 Locust Point Road, Dering Harbor, New York.

The purpose of this special meeting is to review and discuss the referral from the Board of Trustees of the draft documents and recommendations of Patrick Ahearn, FAIA regarding preservation of historic buildings in the Village.
