V. Water Works Report (Current System Usage and Tank Upgrade Status)

(1) Summary of Current Status, Schedule of Water Usage, test results.

– November pumpage data will be completed 6 December. 4,900 gallons pumped Sunday 26 November.
– Chlorides in Well #2 measured by Hap at 300 mg/L 26 November 2017 (Need to be below 250 mg/L.)
– Bacteria inspection in Well #1 passed by Suffolk County Health Dept..

(2) Proposed tank purchase options:

(a) hydro-pneumatic tanks at 20,000 gallons each for $150,000 using market- rate debt. Update.

VI. Village Roads and Maintenance Report

(1) Yoco Road drywell installation complete. Buried conduit for Jay Cross and Village streetlight.

VII. Report from MS4 committee and annual DEC filing update.

(1) Need a volunteer to serve on the committee.

VIII. Report from Village Greens and Improvement committee.

(1) Shrub removed from Shore Road corner.

IX. Planning Board Review

(1) Pending application for curb cut, parking, trailhead signage, hunting signage on the east side of Manhanset Road accessing Mildred Flower Hird Preserve. Spring Meeting.

X. Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) Review
