(1) RESOLUTION TO SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING ON A LOCAL LAW ESTABLISHING A SIX (6) MONTH MORATORIUM ON THE PLANTING OF HEDGES AND SCREEN PLANTING ALONG STREET LINES AND PROPERTY LINES (see attached addendum)

(2) RESOLUTION TO SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING ON A LOCAL LAW AMENDING §4-408 (HEIGHT OF VEGETATION) OF THE ZONING LAW TO CLARIFY AND ENHANCE CORNER CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS WITH RESPECT TO VEGETATION AND STRUCTURES (see attached addendum)

V. Water Works Report (Current System Usage and Tank Upgrade Status)

(1) Summary of Current Status, Schedule of Water Usage, test results.
(2) Water Operator
(3) Proposed tank purchase options:

(a) Sign proposed contract with costs as high as $738,000.

Engineering $88k
Electrical $150k
Total $738k

Plus, pass attached bond resolution raising authorization for Village debt from $600,000 to $800,000, $200,000 as a market-rate note. (Existing $600,000 is interest free as part of Storm Mitigation Loan and can only be used for a stand- alone tank capable of supplying water during a storm including generator. EFC will not authorize this note for hydro-pneumatic tanks.) 30-year amortization. First payment due 2021.

(b) Consider two alternate hydro-pneumatic tanks at 20,000 gallons each for $150,000 using market-rate debt.

Plus, pass bond resolution for a $200,000 market-rate note. (No need for existing $600,000 note.)

VI. Village Roads and Maintenance Report
