a. Resolution to schedule a public hearing on proposed Chapter 125 “Navigation and Waterways Law” reflecting the IMA between the Village of Dering Harbor and the Town of Shelter Island.
b. Public Hearing to to hear any and all persons either for or against the Annual Estimated and Tentative Budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025.
c. Update on storm drainage work.

a. Resolution to name the election workers and alternates for the upcoming village election
b. Resolution to approve the use of roads and road closures by the Town of Shelter Island during the Shelter Island 10K Run on June 15, 2024.
