VIII. Public Hearing- Local Law amending §230-49, §230-64B and §230-64E of the Zoning Code related to referral of applications for demolition of buildings and structures to the Architectural Review Board
IX. Public Hearing- Local Law authorizing a Property Tax Levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c for Fiscal Year 2023
X. Public Hearing- Local Law adding a new Chapter 5 of the Code of the Village of Dering Harbor entitled Administration of Government with a new Article I to allow public bodies of the Village to hold meetings via videoconferencing.
