a. Public Hearing on a local law amending Sec 230-8 of the zoning law to prohibit pickleball courts and Sec 230-20 to require noise attenuation standards for all other sports courts.
b. Public Hearing on a local law amending Section 190-3 of the Village Vehicle and Traffic Law to affirm the maximum speed limits on all Village streets to be 25 MPH.
c. Public Hearing on a local law amending Sec 230-16 of the Zoning Law to include stormwater runoff requirements for all construction activities.
d. Public Hearing on a local law authorizing a property tax levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law Sec 3-c for fiscal year 2024.

I. New Business

a. Resolution authorizing participation in NYCLASS Program.
b. Resolution to schedule a public hearing on a local law repealing Chapter 125 (Navigable Waters) of the Village Code and replacing it with a new Chapter 125 (Navigation and Waterways Law) regulating navigation, anchoring and mooring in the waters of Dering Harbor consistent with the IMA with the Town of Shelter Island.
c. Presentation of Tentative Budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025.
d. Resolution to schedule a Public Hearing to hear any and all persons either for or against the Annual Estimated and Tentative Budget for the fiscal year 2024-2025.
