Trustees Special Meeting
Minutes
April 22nd, 2023, 9:00 AM  

  • The meeting was called to order at 9am.
  • Attendance- Karen Kelsey (mayor), Ari Benacerraf, Sam Ashner; absent- Brandon Rose, Brad Goldfarb.
  • The purpose of the meeting was to adopt the budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024.

The Budget Officer first presented the tentative budget on March 18th. Copies were provided for review. A public hearing was scheduled for and held on April 15th at the BOT meeting to consider any and all comments regarding the tentative budget. After that hearing was closed, this Special Meeting was scheduled to adopt the budget.

      1. A motion to adopt the Budget for the fiscal year 2023-2024 was moved by Sam and seconded by Ari. All Board members present voted in favor.
  • A motion to adjourn at 9:02am was moved by Ari and seconded by Sam. All Board members present voted in favor.
