May 19, 2023, 11:30 AM  

  • The meeting was called to order at 11:30am.
  • Attendance- Karen Kelsey (mayor), Ari Benacerraf, Sam Ashner; absent- Brandon Rose, Brad Goldfarb; Vicki Shields (village clerk), Donna Ritzzmann (stenographer), Bridgford Hunt, Kimberlea Rea
  • The purpose of the meeting was to review and consider the following matters:
    1. A motion for a resolution to schedule a public hearing on “A Local Law Amending §230-8E

(Prohibited Parking) of the Zoning Law to allow on-street parking on South Street was made by Sam and seconded by Ari. All Board members present voted in favor.

    1. A motion for a resolution to schedule a public hearing to consider a grant of a license to Birman and Gubert to maintain improvements and uses in a portion of South Street was made by Sam and seconded by Ari. All Board members present voted in favor.
    2. A motion for a resolution to schedule a public hearing to consider a grant of a license to Kim Dempster to maintain improvements and uses in a portion of South Street was made by Sam and seconded by Ari. All Board members present voted in favor.
  • A motion to adjourn at 11:32am was moved by Sam and seconded by Ari. All Board members present voted in favor.
