III. Review and acceptance of the minutes from the January 18th and March 7th meetings.

IV. Public hearing to hear any and all persons either for or against the Annual Estimated and Tentative Budget for the fiscal year 2020/2021

V. Vote to approve the budget

VI. Rescheduling of the Public hearing on a proposed local law adopting a new Water Systems and Wells law. While we passed a resolution during our March 7th meeting to hold a public hearing on this matter, it needs to be rescheduled because the local law was not noticed. Resolution to reschedule for the May 9th meeting.

VII. Ways and Means

A. Resolution to approve the abstract/bills to be paid

B. Any pressing housekeeping items from Vicki

VIII. Water Update from Patrick

IX. Status of Litigation and FOIL requests

X. Election items: determine new election date because of the Governor’s Executive Order

XI. No Executive Session
