Hi All,

We plan to start shutting off water at your homes this morning by 11 a.m. Hap needs to check whether or not the valves we close affect your house. He may try the hose bibs to see if he has the correct valve. We plan to have everyone back on again by 5 p.m. this afternoon.

The difficulty is isolating the main line starting at Bob Ruttenberg’s tennis court by the fire plug running through the woods to Dering Woods Lane to shut off Deutsch and Sunshine. A 6-inch shut-off valve may be buried beneath the macadam on Locust Point Road. We are working on options to uncover it.
