NOTICE OF ADOPTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after a public hearing was held on April 11, 2026, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor at their meeting of April 11, 2026 adopted LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2026 as follows:  “Local Law authorizing a Property Tax Levy in excess of the limit established in General Municipal Law §3-c for Fiscal Year 2026.”

A copy of the adopted law is on file in the Village Hall, Monday, Wednesday or Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or by appointment, and on the Village’s website.
