1. Continuation of Public Hearing for the following application:
NICOLE ADAMS ARCHITECT (applicant)
Ike and Kathryn Perkins (property owners)
3 Gardiner Way, Dering Harbor
SCTM# 701 – 1 – 2 – 7
Application for replacement of windows and exterior doors.
Some windows to be removed, modified, or relocated. Lattice siding to be modified. Painted white shingles to match existing siding will be used to patch modified areas.

VI. New Business

1. Public Hearing for the following application
SHELTER ISLAND CUSTOM CRAFTSMEN, INC. (applicant)
Lori and Matthew Johnson (property owners)
8 Gardiner Way, Dering Harbor
SCTM# 701 – 1 – 2 – 14.1
Application to pour new foundation and erect a 23.5’ x 13.5’ x 9’ tall greenhouse.
