Notice of A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Dering Harbor will conduct a Special Meeting on July 27th, 2018 at 4:00pm at the Dering Harbor Village Hall, 23 Locust Point Road, Dering Harbor, New York. The purpose of the Special Meeting will be to resolve to approve the resignation of the Village Clerk and Treasurer and to hire temporary employees in light of this resignation. The Board will go into executive session to discuss personnel issues.
