NOTICE OF ADOPTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after public hearing was held on February 12, 2022 and March 12, 2022, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor at their meeting of March 12, 2022 adopted LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2022 as follows:  “A Local Law establishing a six (6) month moratorium on the demolition of buildings and structures.”

A copy of the proposed law, sponsored by the entire Board of Trustees, is on file in the Village Hall, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, or by appointment, and on the Village’s website.
