PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after public hearings were held on September 10, 2022 and November 12, 2022, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor at their meeting of November 12, 2022 adopted LOCAL LAW NO. 7 OF 2022 as follows:  “A Local Law amending §230-62 and §230-67 to clarify the time in which the Architectural Review Board must act, time limit and extension of approval.”

A copy of the adopted law, sponsored by the entire Board of Trustees, is on file in the Village Hall, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, or by appointment, and on the Village’s website.
