NOTICE OF ADOPTION

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that after public hearing was held on August 13, 2022 and September 10, 2022, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor at their meeting of September 10, 2022 adopted LOCAL LAW NO. 6 OF 2022 as follows:  “A LOCAL LAW Local Law extending the moratorium on the demolition of buildings and structures established under Local Law No. 1 of 2022 for an additional 180 days.”

A copy of the proposed law, sponsored by the entire Board of Trustees, is on file in the Village Hall, Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, or by appointment, and on the Village’s website.
