NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

     PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the pursuant to Article X, §230-62 of the Zoning Law, the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Dering Harbor will hold a public hearing on Saturday, December 13th at 11:00am prevailing time, at the Village Hall, located at 23 Locust Point Road, Dering Harbor, New York, to hear any and all persons either for or against the following application:

Amend previously approved application to include changes to the exterior basement stairs, rear paving areas, and removal of windows originally planned to add on west façade of garage.
A copy of the aforesaid application(s) is/are on file in the Village Hall, and can be reviewed on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or by appointment with the Village Clerk.
