NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Dering Harbor will conduct a Public Hearing on Saturday, December 13th at 11:00am at the Village Hall of the Village of Dering Harbor, located at 23 Locust Point Road, Dering Harbor, New York. The purpose of the public hearing will be to discuss the following application that has been received by the Architectural Review Board, and such other business as may properly come before the Architectural Review Board at that time.

Application to alter the primary structure with a small extension, a new garage, replacement of both the existing pool and spa in kind, and the expansion of the parking area.

A copy of the aforesaid application is on file in the Village Hall, and can be reviewed on Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or by appointment with the Village Clerk.
