PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the pursuant to Article X, §230-62 of the Zoning Law, the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Dering Harbor will hold a public hearing on Saturday, June 6th at 11:00am prevailing time, at the Village Hall, located at 23 Locust Point Road, Dering Harbor, New York, to hear any and all persons either for or against the following application:

Application to erect landscape fencing and (2) gates.
A copy of the aforesaid application is on file in Village Hall and can be reviewed on Mon, Wed or Fri from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., or by appointment with the Village Clerk.
