NOTICE OF SPECIAL WORK SESSION MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DERING HARBOR

PLEASE BE ADVISED, that pursuant to Article 6 of the New York State Village Law and § I 04 of the New York State Public Officers Law, a SpeciaJ Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Monday April 5, 2021 which will be held by ZOOM video conference. The Village Clerk can be contacted to obtain information on accessing the meeting.

The purpose of the meeting is to reschedule the special meeting and public hearing under the Eminent Domain Procedure Law in regard to property of 9A Yoko Road LLC from 10:00 a.m. Monday, April 19, 2021, to Monday, April 26, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
