NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF DERING HARBOR
AT 1 P.M. ON WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 13.

PLEASE BE ADVISED that pursuant to §4-412 of the New York State Village Law and §104 of the New York State Public Officers Law, a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at the Village Hall, 23 Locust Point Road, Dering Harbor, New York for the purpose of considering the following:

1. Consider warrant and payment of current invoices.
2. Resolution amending resolution dated january 12, 2019 requiring real property taxes of the village to be paid in one installment.
3. Resolution authorizing contract with town of shelter island for snow removal on main roads in the village.
