NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF DERING HARBOR

PLEASE BE ADVISED, that pursuant to Article 6 of the New York State Village Law and §104 of the New York State Public Officers Law, a Special Meeting of the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Dering Harbor will be held at 9:00 A.M. on Friday, October 22, 2021, which will be held by video conference/ZOOM.  Interested parties may contact the Village Clerk to obtain information on accessing the meeting platform.

The purpose of the meeting is for the Architectural Review Board to discuss and adopt an advisory report to the Board of Trustees with respect to architectural review standards and guidelines for driveways and parking areas.  The public is welcome to observe the meeting but no public comments will be heard unless solicited by the Architectural Review Board.
