RESOLUTION TO SCHEDULE A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DERING HARBOR

RESOLVED, that pursuant to Article 6 of the New York State Village Law and §104 of the New York State Public Officers Law, a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor will be held at 10:00am on Friday, April 17th, 2026. 

The purpose of the meeting is to:

  1. Vote on and adopt the Annual Estimated and Tentative Budget for the fiscal year 2026-2027.
