b. Resolution to schedule Public Hearing on a local law amending the code of the Village of Dering Harbor by adding a new chapter 45, Code Enforcement Officer.
c. Renewal of contract with Christian Johnson.
d. Tree Removal Application- 24 Locust Point Road (Cross)
e. Special Event Parking request- 5 Dering Woods Road (Colby) for August 31st, 2025
