NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DERING HARBOR

PLEASE BE ADVISED, that pursuant to Article 6 of the New York State Village Law and §104 of the New York State Public Officers Law, a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor will be held at 9:30 A.M. on Saturday, May 18, 2024. 

The purpose of the meeting is to:

    1. Appoint the Village Waterways Commissioner in accordance with Sec 125-5 of the Village Code of Dering Harbor.
