NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF DERING HARBOR

PLEASE BE ADVISED, that pursuant to Article 6 of the New York State Village Law and §104 of the New York State Public Officers Law, a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Dering Harbor will be held at 11:30 A.M. on Friday, May 19, 2023.

The purpose of the meeting is to review and consider the following matters:

1. Resolution to schedule a public hearing on “A Local Law Amending §230-8E (Prohibited Parking) of the Zoning Law to allow on-street parking on South Street.

2. Resolution to schedule a public hearing to consider a grant of a license to Birman and Gubert to maintain improvements and uses in a portion of South Street.

3. Resolution to schedule a public hearing to consider a grant of a license to Kim Dempster to maintain improvements and uses in a portion of South Street.
